Event Planning


Expertise in event planning international conferences for international delegations. Key skills include: multi-tasking, closing venue deals, getting sponsors or barters, and organizing panel invitees.

  • Supported the Office of Presidential Scheduling and the White House Social Office, as a White House summer intern, summer 2008. Demonstrated skill in preparing for official White House events.

  • Assisted in planning the Women's Democracy Network's (WDN), International Women’s Day Conference with international women parliamentarians: created and designed internal an external content, and collaborated with vendors. Successful in organizing WDNs first ever Jeane J. Kirkpatrick luncheon Silent Auction, with a profit of $2,000 (€1,500) (£1,467).

  • Planned, executed, hosted panel discussion events for International Women's Day in Berlin, Germany in March 2015, 2016; and London, UK in 2017, 2018, & 2019.



Ally assisted our program staff in planning a week long visit of dignitaries, from various meetings with Congresswomen on Capitol Hill, from public events including our Jeane J. Kirkpatrick Luncheon. I asked Ally to head up the Women Democracy Network’s first-ever silent auction fundraiser. She did a wonderful job working with vendors to donate items for the auction, which grossed several thousand dollars in profit.
